Starting in May of 2025, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., Alpha Lambda Sigma Alumnae and Theta Rho Undergraduate Chapters sponsored 5 gift certificates for children or adults.

Participants have already been chosen by Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., Alpha Lambda Sigma Alumnae and Theta Rho Undergraduate Chapters

.

Rhythm and Stroke LLC’s Coach André will provide instruction for 5 lessons for 30 minutes per lesson per person.  

 

• Lessons are private due to COVID -19 

• 100% attendance is REQUIRED

• For children 7y-17y and Adults 18yr+ 

• For first time applicants only. Previous recipients do not qualify.

All selected participants must attend a mandatory zoom orientation, complete required forms, complete the survey at the end and commit 100% to the agreed upon schedule or their scholarship will be forfeited. 

 

No 2-piece suits, No hair beads, No jewelry permitted in the pool.

Parents must stay with children and watch but are NOT permitted in the water.

Parents/Guardians should also adhere to Rhythm and Stroke proper code of conduct.
