R&S Mommy and Me Semi Private Session - provides basic survival techniques for infants, toddlers and pre-k children (Dads and Moms are welcome) (Call to Schedule).
R&S Sport- provides techniques for those who need to use the water for rehabbing sore muscles and joints. Great for pre-and post surgical procedures , such as knee and hip.
R&S Semi - private lessons available. 30 min or 60 min sessions available [Call to Schedule]
R&S Private Lessons- provides one on one training with Coach Andre ($35/session each session)
R&S Military - semi-private sessions. 30 min or 60 min sessions available [Call to Schedule]
R&S Personal Training- sign up for one on one training with Coach Andre for weight loss, or to work on specific swim areas.
R&S Aqua Hiit- R&S AQUA HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training. High Intensity Interval Training is an advanced, highly effective form of cardiovascular training. HIIT involves brief bursts of very high-intensity work followed by a brief recovery period. Studies have shown that these intense bursts of exercise boost your metabolism and may burn more total calories than steady state cardio. This High Intensity Training is made easier when it is done in the water.
